Terms of Service
By ordering a server through ServerForce you agree to the following conditions.
- You agree to pay for hosting services rendered in advance of each monthly service term.
- You agree to the server companies AUP and our TOS before placing an order.
- We do not offer any refunds on ANY dedicated servers, period.
- ServerForce is not located at any of the Dedicated Server Provider datacenters, therefore we are unable to correct or fix any onsite problems that may come up.
- We require at least 48 hours prior to server cancellation, however 72 hours or more is prefered.
- Non-Payment of services will result in a 5-day notice of disconnection. All payment failures must be cured within 5 days of notice. Customers failing to secure payment within 5 days of notice will incur service interruption and $50 reconnection fee.
- ThePlanet, Savvis, BurstNET SupberbServers & ServerForce are not responsible for data integrity on equipment reclaimed for non-payment.
- ServerForce is not responsible by any claims, guarantees made by the dedicated server providers.
- ThePlanet, Savvis, SuperbServers & Serverforce reserve the right to discontinue service to any customer it deems in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy and or Terms of Service.
