Free support includes the following:
Network issues
Hardware problems
Reboots (no console login)
Default install issues (prior to any customer modifications)
Answering of questions involving the initial setup of your server & any pre-installed software via either our online myCP® support system via your myCP® Control Panel or inquiring via our free online User Forums.
Paid for support is for the following
Re-install of OS (3 credits)
Software reinstallation and/or configuration
Extensive debugging
Custom scripting or programming
Patch installations
DNS issues
Any requests requiring physical console login
Any issue where our guidance or help is requested.

Servers purchased through ForceHost.net also come with the ForceHost lite server technical support package, which includes assistance with custom software installations, security notifications via email (latest security threats and solutions to close these holes), help with server configuration, maintenance and general questions answered.
